Extension Consultation Terms & Conditions

New Guests:

Thoroughly read all terms & conditions.
Book a consultation for a color match, extension selection & to order your hair.
The amount due for the hair will be paid in full before it will be ordered/at your consultation appointment when you book your install appointment. This is a non-refundable fee.
Order of hair extension confirms your installation appointment. This payment is good for up to 6 weeks after consultation.
Select a date for your installation appointment (approximately 2 weeks after the initial consultation, no later than 4 weeks.)

Long Term Expectations:

Generally, you'll invest in new extension hair every 3-9 months.
The longevity of hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair on a daily basis at home, and which method is chosen.
Shae will suggest a hair care plan to increase longevity of your investment.

The First Appointment Includes:

Installation of 100% human hair extensions.
Installation of any other extensions.
A haircut to blend hair.
A finished style & styling tutorial.
You may be required to book a additional services as well. We will determine this at your initial consultation.

The final price will be determined during our consultation based on your desired result and chosen extension type.

Maintenance Appointments:

Extension removal or move-up service. This prevents natural hair breakage.
Shae will need to see you every 4-10 weeks to maintain your extensions, dependent on which technique and how quickly your hair grows.
Required to receive a clarifying shampoo and style treatment before re-installation.
You aren't required to get a cut or trim at these visits, but if you'd like to book additional services, we can do that for the standard charge of those services.
