Weddings are both a magical and stressful time. We totally get that, and that's why we are here for you. We'd like to take as much stress and guesswork out of your big day as possible, so we have listed our FAQs and package options below. Frequently Asked Questions
Can you service the entire bridal party?
We absolutely can accommodate large groups- everyone from the flower girls to mothers or grandmothers of the bride/groom. For on-location services, however, we do require a minimum of 5 people. If the bridal party is exceptionally large or timing is incredibly tight, an assistant may be needed, which will vary the pricing on packages. Timing is one of the most important factors as we absolutely want you ready on time, so be sure to fill out the digital consultation form so we can best assess your needs and quote you appropriately.
Do you have a referral program?
We sure do! For each referred bridal party of 3 or more that books with us, you will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card for you to use on whatever your heart desires!
We do not, however we do have several makeup artists we're happy to recommend!
Do you do makeup?
Is a trial run required?
A trial run is not required, however we do highly encourage you to do one! We encourage you to use your trial run for your bridal photography appointment if possible. During this appointment we spend up to 2 hours trying 2 different looks and can answer any questions you have. We want you to feel 100% confident about your hair for your big day.
Is there a contract?
Yes, we do require a contract. In order to reserve your bridal party appointments, we require a 50% payment deposit to hold your date and the balance will be due 48-hours before service date. There are other specifics included in the contract, so please make sure you read it carefully!
What if I just absolutely hate my hair?!
This is exactly why we have a trial run! Your big day is so important and the last thing we want is for you to hate your wedding photos because of a bad hair experience! The trial run will give us all a solid footing for what you desire and expect, and also affords you an opportunity to try out different looks. We also expect honest feedback from you so that we can ensure you don't just like your hair, you LOVE it.
